Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details for your delivery via the email address you entered when you placed your order.
Please allow up to 2 business days before the tracking number is activated.
Alternatively, you can log into your JAG Account and track your order there.

- Log into your account
- Go to My Account > Orders
- Select the order you want to track and click on 'TRACK MY ORDER'. That link will take you to the official Auspost courier for the latest update.
Note: You will then receive email notifications directly from the carrier updating you on the progress of your order.
My tracking number hasn't been updated
No need to worry! Tracking numbers are usually updated by couriers every 24-48 hours, but delays can occasionally happen while your order is in transit.
First, check your tracking details to see if the courier has flagged any issues, such as an incorrect address, which might be causing the delay.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you.
Order sent from multiple locations
In order to fulfil your order faster, we may source your order from multiple locations. We will advise you of this in your dispatch email.
You will receive a separate email for each parcel to be delivered. Each email will provide you with the tracking number for the parcel and outline what you will be receiving in that parcel.
If you have placed an order where your items are being sent from multiple locations, you will be able to track all of the parcels separately.
Please note that they may be delivered to you on different days and times.
