you will receive tracking updates on your order from australia post via email, and notifications from your my post app, if you have it.
if your parcel is delivered to the post office you will receive a notification card in the mail and your emails and app will advise you where to collect your parcel.
if you do not collect your parcel from the post office within 10 business days it will be returned to sender, and may not be re-sent to you.
