this voucher is valid for one transaction and must be used in one transaction.
this voucher is valid at jag free-standing stores and the jag online store – it excludes jag clearance stores and David jones.
it cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher and is not transferrable.
it cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed if lost or stolen.

how do I redeem my birthday gift?

to redeem your birthday gift at the jag online store (www.jag.com.au), simply log in as a vip using your email address and password.
enter your gift voucher number and pin at step 3 of the checkout.
as vouchers are classed as a payment, the amount of the voucher will not reduce the total value of your order. however, once you submit the order, you will be provided a breakdown of the voucher amount and what has been debited from your credit card (value of the order minus the voucher amount).

can I redeem my birthday gift in David Jones or clearance store?
your birthday gift is valid only at the jag online store and jag freestanding stores. It is not valid at David jones or clearance stores.
