How do I use my membership?

log in to your account online or create your account by using your email address.

We've moved to passwordless login for better security — there's no password to create, remember, or reset.

Steps to sign in:

1. Go to the login page. You'll see two options:
   • Sign in with Shop
   • Continue with email
2. If you choose "Sign in with Shop":
   • You'll be prompted through the Shop app/account.
   • A one-time verification code will be sent to the mobile number linked to your Shop account.
   • Enter the code to complete sign-in.
3. If you choose "Continue with email":
   • Enter the email address associated with your account.
   • A one-time verification code will be sent to that email address.
   • Enter the code to complete sign-in.

You're now signed in — no password required at any step.

Simply advise our store team you’re a Jag VIP.

they can locate your membership by searching your name, email address, or member number.

In David Jones and Myer:

If you’re shopping in David Jones and Myer, please make the store team aware you are a Jag VIP.

ask them to scan the barcode at the bottom of your email each time you shop.
