you can update your subscription preferences including the types of emails we send you, frequency and subscription status through my account.
simply log into your account and click on the person icon to access your details.
click on subscription preferences to open the portal.
then, click on messaging preferences to choose how you want to be contacted, including unsubscribing from all communication.
