Have your order details ready before you get in touch. Please note that we only have a very limited window to change the delivery address. If the order was placed over an hour ago, unfortunately this cannot be amended in our system. You may need to contact Auspost directly to redirect order once shipped.

- The full new delivery address
- Any delivery instructions that may help
- Your preferred contact details
How to update your delivery address
- Contact the support team over the phone as soon as possible after placing your order.
- Provide your order number and the new delivery address details.
- If your order has already been dispatched, the address may no longer be changeable from our end. You will need to contact Auspost to change it on your behalf.
Return labels and Australia Post
If you need to print a return label at a post office, bring an electronic copy of the label or quote the tracking number to the Australia Post counter staff. They can use this information to help you access the label details.
