We are happy to offer returns via post or to our freestanding stores for purchases made in Australia.
Returning by post: Simply click on the button below to start your return. We have partnered with Australia Post to offer easy returns at a flat rate of $8.99. There is no need to pay upfront, the return fee will be deducted from your refund, per parcel returned.
Returning in store: Alternatively, we offer FREE returns to any of our freestanding stores (excluding David Jones). To see our stores please click here.
Conditions to apply a change of mind:
Product is returned within 21 days from date of purchase in store, or from the date your online order is delivered.
The product is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags intact.
For swimwear, all hygiene stickers and tags are intact. Swimwear returns will be assessed prior to any refunds being processed.
- Final sale items - Final Sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear, this includes items purchased with a further discount on the already marked down price. Final sale items will be marked on the product page (online) and on the receipt. By purchasing a final sale item, you agree that the item cannot be exchanged or refunded for a change of mind. - Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange on face masks, any underwear products and swimwear products without the hygiene stickers intact for change of mind.
- Any products customised for personalisation cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind. this includes any alterations to garments.
- Products purchased at a further discount due to a fault that was identified at the time of purchase. Gift card purchases.
- Alterations, dry cleaning, gifting and delivery service charges or fees.
Steps to place a return:
- 1. Go to the Returns Portal
- 2. Enter your order number exactly as it appears on your order confirmation email, including the letters and dash prior to the numbers. For your jag order this will be JGAU-
- 3. Enter the same email address you used to place the order. If that email is not available please contact Customer Care.
- 4. Submit the refund request.
- 5. Please allow 10 business days for your parcel to arrive at the warehouse and be processed by our warehouse team.
Australia Post will advise you when your parcel arrives at our warehouse, and JAG will contact you when your refund has been completed. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. For any concerns, please contact your bank with your Refund Confirmation email as proof of refund.
