How long refunds take
Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days from the date your return parcel is received by our warehouse. However, during the higher volume sale period- you may experience a higher processing time.
What happens next
- Your return arrives at our warehouse.
- Our team conducts necessary assessment to confirm if the item(s) is/are in saleable condition and processes the return.
- Your refund is issued to your original payment method.
