Please contact our friendly customer care team for assistance with returning any faulty or damaged product from an online purchase. You will be required to submit the online order number, details of the fault or damage, and any relevant photos for assessment.
Customers are responsible for any return postage costs for change of mind returns via post.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return parcel to reach our warehouse and be processed by our Returns team; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note there may be delays in delivery and processing time during sales and promotional periods.
Due to the holiday period and an influx of return parcels, there is an unfortunate delay in our returns processing time. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 10 business days from the above timeframe for your return to be processed, and appreciate your patience during this time.
We do not accept responsibility for any delivery issues or lost parcels sent by customers. It is advised that customers should securely pack their parcel, clearly display the return label, and keep a record of the tracking number for your returned parcels. Customers will need to liaise with Australia Post for any lost parcels.
