A parcel locker is secure storage space. Parcel lockers are located at over 300 locations across Australia, including post offices, petrol stations and supermarkets.
Once your parcel has been delivered to your chosen parcel locker location, you have 48 hours to collect your parcel before it is sent to the nearest post office. It will stay at the post office for a further 5 days before returning to us.
